Position Summary
We are actively seeking an eCommerce Marketing Manager to work remotely on a full-time basis. This role is specifically designed for a strategic leader experienced in digital marketing and e-commerce within the US fashion apparel sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing online stores, particularly on Shopify, and setting up marketplace platforms from scratch, driving brand visibility, and achieving substantial e-commerce sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- eCommerce Platform Expertise: Spearhead the setup and optimization of e-commerce stores, particularly on Shopify, and manage integrations with various marketplaces to maximize sales channels.
- Strategic Marketing Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that boost online presence and sales, with a particular focus on the US market.
- Performance Marketing Leadership: Implement and refine performance marketing initiatives, including PPC, SEO, SEM, and targeted social media advertising to drive sales and improve ROI.
- Creative Campaign Management: Oversee the entire creative process, ensuring that marketing materials effectively engage the US audience and reflect the brand’s ethos.
- Data-Driven Analytics: Utilize analytics to guide marketing decisions, optimize campaign performance, and enhance user engagement and conversion rates across all platforms.
- Remote Team Dynamics: Lead a remote team by promoting a culture of innovation and accountability, ensuring timely delivery of marketing objectives and creative projects.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in marketing, with extensive experience in setting up and managing Shopify stores and other e-commerce platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and e-commerce technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other CMS systems.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to develop strategic marketing plans and analyze performance metrics to drive business decisions.
- Communication and Leadership Abilities: Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with experience managing remote teams and collaborating across departments.
