Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and web-direct growth bookings for rooms, F&B outlets and events
- Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing in collaboration with external partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all digital touchpoints
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI online
Qualifications
- Has digital marketing agency experience- minimum 2 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a digital marketing role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Data-driven approach with an ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of design and content creation tools is a plus (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
