The Vice President Managed Services role is a global role responsible for the growth and development of BlueCat’s Managed Service Line of Business across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.  The role includes building and leading a team of sales, technical, marketing, and customer success resources to create a profitable and sustainable route to market for BlueCat products and services through Global MSP partners. The Vice President Managed Services is a highly visible and strategic role that requires leadership and initiative and a passion for leading a new and exciting business unit at BlueCat.

•        Overall leadership and responsibility of the Managed Services line of business including sales, technical pre-sales, marketing, business development, partner enablement, and customer success functions
•        Build, Lead, and scale MSP Program as a route to market for BlueCat products and Services
•        Meet and exceed quarterly MSP Bookings goals
•        Drive Worldwide strategy execution for MSP GTM
•        Create and enrich Strategic MSP alliances leading to mutually productive and profitable partnerships
•        Accountable for MSP Recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and success
•        Develop and maintain executive-level MSP partner and alliance relationships
•        Partner with MSP Marketing resource to develop marketing strategies to drive BlueCat revenue from end users through strategic MSP Partners
•        Balance strategic and tactical (roll up your sleeves) skills to build and execute the growth of this strategic line of business.
•        Develop and enhance processes across multiple BlueCat departments, including Professional Services, Project Management, Learning and Development, Product Management and Finance, to ensure successful onboarding, initialization, and success of Managed Service Provider and end- customers.
•                Manage and oversee a high performing global team of Account Executives focused on the global systems integrators and managed service provider sell-to and sell-through ecosystem, to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets globally.
•        Partner with Marketing to Define, build and execute a full marketing program focused on growing BlueCat’s Managed Services Program brand globally. Integrate with BlueCat’s existing corporate marketing plan to create and execute independent, yet complementary marketing campaigns focused on growing Managed Services
•        Partner with Product Management to enhance BlueCat’s products to best align with MSP and customer requirements
•                Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%, including but not limited to client presentations, conferences, and internal strategy meetings
•                A seasoned leader with 10+ years experience in Enterprise Software Sales with an emphasis on sell to/sell through MSPs
•                A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment
•                Experience building and leading global MSP route to Market for Enterprise Software company
•                Existing executive level relationships with Global MSPs like Kyndryl, Orange, Verizon, ATT, HCL, InfoSys, and others.
•                Demonstrated ability, experience and presence to credibly engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in support of building and leading a successful line of business
•                Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated flexibility, Initiative, and solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
•                Passionate and motivational leader with demonstrated experience recruiting, building, and leading diverse functional teams including sales, technical, and customer success.
•                4 University Degree
