We are seeking a skilled and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will take on more complex projects and contribute to creating seamless and intuitive user experiences for digital products. You will be responsible for conducting user research, developing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement high-quality design solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, prototype, and test information architectures for web-based and other software products, including mobile and web console devices.
Create intuitive user experiences using advanced design concepts and methodologies.
Collaborate with usability developers, back-end developers, marketing teams, and product managers to meet technical business objectives.
Translate ideas and concepts into workable wireframes, user task flow diagrams, and functional design specifications.
Participate in user research activities to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries in collaboration with senior designers.
Communicate and present design solutions and user needs to key stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools.
Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to apply innovative design solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Solid understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing principles, and information architecture.
Experience designing for multiple platforms, including web and mobile.
Familiarity with design systems and maintaining visual consistency across projects.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
