1. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
3. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
4. Detailed understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, search rankings, mobile and Web analytics
5. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools ie. Google Analytics
7. High degree of knowledge around the principles of integrated digital marketing
8. Ability to drive and manage multiple projects working with cross-functional teams
9. Proven execution, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills
10. Superior verbal/written communication skills; ability to interact with senior leaders on a regular basis
11. Collaborative team player able to work well in a diverse team with different opinions and ideas
12. Working understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Reader / Acrobat, and Visio.
