Kira Systems is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support our growing customer-facing teams in Toronto, Ontario. This individual is responsible for Kira’s global Salesforce.com database including integrations, reporting, and training and support for users across the business. What You Will Be Doing
- Daily administration and oversight of Salesforce
- Management and setup of users, profiles, and user permissions
- Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, formulas, data validation rules, workflows, flows, processes, and installed packages
- Manage our Salesforce instance along with the connected third-party applications
- Support the Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Services, Product, Systems and Finance teams with customized reporting and dashboards
- Be our data quality champion
- Map and load data into Salesforce using Data Loader
- Investigate user issues, access issues, process issues, or inability to perform functions that users may report
- Partner with Salesforce Analyst to design and configure solutions that are scalable and meet the requirements of our internal stakeholders
- Work with Systems & Product teams to create and maintain integrations and user/customer usage analytics dashboards
What You Bring
- Completion of post-secondary education with focus on business, marketing or communications preferred
- You have 3+ years Salesforce.com administration experience & proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platforms
- You have a deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Salesforce certification is ideal
