We are looking for a recruiter to join us on a contract basis to help with scaling and appropriately staffing our incredible, talented team. This role is a part-time contract role with an expected schedule of 15-30 hours per week, depending on business needs as they arise. You will have flexibility with scheduling your hours each week, and there is potential to convert to a full-time role or extend further, depending on the evolution of our business needs.

 

You will be hiring for roles across the organization including Engineering, Client Services, Sales, and more!

 

How you'll make a huge impact here - and on your career:

  • You’ll flex your sourcing muscles to find fantastic candidates for our roles by directly and indirectly reaching out; frequent use of LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools will be the norm
  • You’ll be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to finalize job descriptions and post roles online, as well as manage applicants through our ATS (JazzHR)
  • You’ll screen applications but also sell the opportunity + Influitive story to prospective candidates by phone, email and virtual meetings
  • You’ll coordinate interviews and other recruiting processes for candidates and hiring managers

 

What an incredible candidate looks like:

  • Recruitment is your passion. You know how to figure out what internal stakeholders and hiring leads are looking for, and jump into finding that star candidate
  • 2+ years experience in a full-cycle recruitment capacity. You need to be comfortable with hitting the ground running
  • The candidate experience matters to you, and you recognize the importance of staying well organized and responding back to folks proactively
  • You’re resourceful, resilient and proactive in your approach - you’re a team player and want to help those around you succeed
  • You are metrics-driven and approach your work with a high degree of transparency
  • Tech recruitment experience would be considered a strong asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Recruitment has a sales element to it, pitching candidates you go for proactively will be part of your day
  • You are comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
