ABOUT THE MARKETING MANAGER - BRAND & DIGITAL ROLE:
We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead and inspire a highly skilled technical marketing team—including SEO specialists, content strategists, paid media experts, and performance marketers. This role requires deep expertise in marketing strategy and execution, combined with strong leadership to ensure accountability, foster collaboration, and drive results.
You will be responsible for keeping the team aligned, motivated, and focused on delivering data-driven, measurable outcomes. You don’t need to know every technical detail, but you must be able to ask sharp questions, interpret performance metrics, and push for continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership and Oversight: Guide, support, and hold accountable a talented technical marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals and clear performance metrics.
- Integrated Marketing Execution: Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns (organic, paid, social, email, and video) that deliver measurable impact.
- Performance Analytics: Regularly review KPIs, analyze campaign data, and implement data-driven strategies for optimization and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with creative teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to align on messaging and execution.
- Innovation and Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, nudging the team to innovate and test new ideas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years leading technical marketing teams (SEO, content, paid media, analytics, etc.) with a proven record of driving results.
- Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-backed strategies.
- People Leadership: Experience mentoring and managing skilled professionals, holding teams accountable, and inspiring high performance.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to align teams and deliver on strategic priorities.
