About the Role
Yuhu is looking for our Head of Business Operations to foster and drive a data-oriented operational strategy. You will be operating at both a 30,000-foot view and at a 10 inch level on a day-to-day basis. In addition to building out and managing our operations team and processes, you will be collaborating closely with our leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, and be responsible for driving key decisions surrounding Yuhu’s continued market growth. Successful candidates will be comfortable not only creating new processes and strategies but also implementing them across the organization.

  • Lead Yuhu’s Operations team and processes across Finance, People Operations, and Customer Experience
  • Work with the leadership team to identify, develop, track KPIs and provide consistent reporting metrics.
  • Implement quantitative and qualitative metrics/standards across the organization
  • Facilitate goal setting across the organization to drive alignment with company vision/goals
  • Build analysis that will help guide management and strategic discussions
  • Be a thought partner and key stakeholder in senior management discussions
  • Assist CEO in investor relations including providing key analyses, deck preparation, and regular investor communications
  • Mentor and coach our existing Customer Experience team comprised of Client Services and Customer Support

  • Experience in management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or in a business role at a high-growth startup (strategy & ops, BizOps, Chief of Staff) with at least 2 years of SaaS experience
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field or business is required
  • You are a generalist - your responsibilities will vary so you must be ready to tackle new problems
  • An analytical mindset when interpreting data and presenting the story to Leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent prioritization and task management skills
  • Proven leadership & management experience
  • Exposure to work environments where collaboration is present between cross-functional teams

  • SQL
  • MBA, CPA, or other relevant graduate degrees are an asset
  • Proptech or Multifamily Experience

  • The CEO, Hugh Kolias

You will collaborate closely with:
  • Our leadership team
  • Head of Product Delivery
  • Head of Engineering
  • Chief of Staff
  • Head of Revenue

Some Initial Initiatives include:
  • Work with the CEO and CoS to continue building out and owning the internal operations function
  • Help plan and lead our annual management off-site to drive alignment across the organization
  • Create investor reports presentations and interface directly with board members and prospective investors
  • Work with our VP of Sales to optimize SKU pricing and GTM strategy
  • Establish and monitor continuous improvement initiatives on KPIs and OKRs for cross-functional/multi-disciplinary teams
