Demand Generation Specialist

Kira Systems is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist who will be responsible for executing multi-touch campaigns to drive revenue opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle. This individual will be responsible for executing key plays from the outbound campaign calendar which encompasses webinars, email, paid media, events, direct mail as well as new growth channels to support the business’ pipeline and revenue goals. The position reports to the Global Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Lead.
What you will be doing
- Develop, implement and manage integrated campaigns and programs, including email, paid media, social, events, SEO/SEM, webinars, retargeting, and content syndication.
- Drive opportunities for our revenue teams across the entire customer lifecycle with a particular emphasis on driving awareness and engagement in target accounts.
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal partners (Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Operations & Analytics, Revenue, Revenue Enablement) to develop, deliver and optimize Kira’s go to market strategies.
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand generation on sales pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle.
- Conduct A/B tests across channels to continuously optimize campaign and channel performance.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations team to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation
- Deliver compelling value propositions for each stage of the buyer journey, creating an engaging customer experience with bottom-line result.
- Partner with Revenue teams to enable effective demand generation campaign execution.
- Stay up to date and advise Marketing teams of new growth channels and opportunities.
What you bring (Don't worry if you don't have all the experience - we are really looking for capability)
- 2-3 years of experience and proven track record of success in outbound demand generation in the Enterprise/SaaS space.
- Knowledge and experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and programs.
- Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (paid media, direct mail, events, experiential, etc), target account engagement, pipeline opportunities and new customer wins.
- Email copy writing and editing skills, and experience collaborating with graphic designers and content writers.
- Comfortable analyzing data and leveraging it to inform day to day decision making.
- Hands-on Salesforce and Pardot experience.
- A self-starter who is comfortable strategizing, executing and guiding the execution of both direct reports and cross-functional teams.
