We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

Practice Area Profile

BCG’s Payments Practice Area aims to be the consultant of choice for leaders in the payments industry. We seek to achieve that goal by helping clients find their way amid the ever-evolving, ever-shifting competitive landscape. We are helping to craft and execute cutting-edge payments and transaction banking strategies that will help BCG’s clients stay competitive throughout this decade and beyond. Key focus topics include transaction support in mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, strategies for growth and international expansion in payments, support on large-scale technology transformations, or taking our clients’ risk management capabilities to the next level.
