ASIC Verification Intern - Summer 2022
We are looking for ASIC Verification Intern.

The complexity of the chip has greatly increased over the years. We are now packing tens of billions of transistors in a chip to meet the growing computing demand in a footprint that is responsible to our environment. The NVIDIA System-On-Chip (SOC) group is looking for a top ASIC Verification Intern. You should have real passion for verification methodologies and implementation that enable high quality system-level IP design and robust verification at multiple environment levels (e.g., unit, sub-system, and SOC).
What you'll be doing:
Be an integral part of the team defining and developing system-level RTL and methodologies to measure performance on the industry's leading GPUs
Develop verification components (SystemVerilog or UVM), tests, and write scripts to enable a highly dynamic verification environment to verify the microarchitecture and design
Work with EDA vendor tools (VCS, Verdi) as well as industry standard languages (e.g., SystemVerilog/Verilog, Perl, Make) to develop efficient and effective verification strategies
Interact with design and verification engineers
What we need to see:
You have a minimum GPA 3.5
Currently enrolled in MSEE or PhD
Strong coding skills in Perl or other industry-standard scripting languages
Experience in RTL design (Verilog) and verification (UVM, SystemVerilog)
Excellent debugging and analytical skills
Great communication and collaboration skills to interact within the team and with cross functional teams
Exposure to design and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Verdi)
