This person is confident, organized (a little OCD is a plus!), and has the ability to take initiative when it comes to coordinating tasks and projects. Kira is looking for someone like this to join our team as a part-time (15 - 20 hours per week) Administrative Assistant to help our leadership navigate a multitude of tasks and coordinate important projects.
Reporting to our SVP People Operations, in this role you will support our CEO in Toronto (remotely) as well as support different departments with project coordination. As the successful candidate, you display a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and work with a high degree of accuracy when it comes to project coordination.
This position is expected to work 15 - 20 hours per week ($25-30/hour), remotely and is a perfect opportunity for an experienced administrator who needs work/life balance or for an early career go-getter graduate from an administration program seeking valuable experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Track and update all pertinent information within a dynamic Excel tracking system
- Preparing, proofreading, and editing of documents and communications
- Conducting researching, analyzing and collection of data to report preparation and documentation
- Assisting in the planning and organization of meetings and events
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Other admin tasks as required

- Self-starter attitude with an ability to work in an environment without constant guidance and direction
