Account/Partner Manager Responsibilities
Build relationships and help clients drive business results on Facebook through consultation, education, sales, and support.
Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service ofclient goals.
Become an expert in Facebook’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs.
Provide dedicated account managementto strategic advertising clients and agencies.
Develop and implement programs to improve the client/agency experience.
Consult and coach clients & agencies to achieve greater results onFacebook.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience.
Work cross-functionally within sales and otherFacebook organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently.
Build proficiency and workingknowledge of Facebook measurement solutions.
Understand the value of our Facebook Identity.
Interact with pod, team, and clients in operational and executional manner to get tasksdone.
Have a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and clients business model.
Build and continue to refine point of view on FB products through regular selfeducation and discovery.
Share knowledge with other team members.
Prioritize book of business based on understanding of client needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires Bachelors degree(or foreign equivalent) in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

$124,831/year to $145,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
